The cream of the crop of the math classes of the Philippines’ top schools will converge to participate in the 2009 International Competitions and Assessments for Schools (ICAS)-Mathematics at 8:30 in the morning on Saturday, August 29, 2009.

The ICAS-Math participants must bring a pencil- 2B or B (not Pen) and an eraser during the competition. The participants are expected to be in their complete school uniform.

This competition, developed by the Educational Assessment Australia (EAA) of the University of New South Wales will be conducted in the following venues:

Zambales: St. Augustine’s School
Dagupan: Pangasinan Universal Institute
Legaspi : Naga Hope Christian School

Visayas:
Iloilo      : Iloilo City Commercial High School
Bacolod   : Trinity Christian School
